Ladies would you like to to feel more confident with your pelvic floor control?
During this 3 hour workshop Mary will take you on a journey of self discovery to reconnect to this central part of your body, empowering you with knowledge and teaching you movements and tips to help keep your pelvic floor healthy.
This workshop is suitable for women of all ages.
To participate in the live sessions you will need to be able to independently get on/ off the floor.
If you have had recent surgery please contact Mary before booking.
This course is not suitable if you are pregnant.
Time - 3 -6 pm
