Workshop bookings:

To confirm a place on one of our workshops, payment must be made in full at time of booking via our website. Cancellation policy for all workshops: There are no refunds on workshops once booked, you may however transfer to another of Mary's workshops within a year of payment if you have given one weeks notice before the enrolled workshop date.

Workshops for teacher training; pre requisites:

Teacher training workshops require attendees to have passed a certified Pilates /Yoga teacher training course or be a qualified allied health professional before enrolling. The workshops also require the attendee to have a basic understanding of anatomy & physiology as well as an ability to teach movement.

Matwork classes:

All new clients who attend Mary’s mat classes are required to be cleared by their GP or health care practitioner to ensure that they are safe to exercise before joining.

When you attend any of Mary’s Pilates/ Yoga classes you agree to inform Mary if you feel unwell at anytime during the class. You take part in the class at your own risk.

To book your matwork course place, payment must be made in advance by the required date set by your teacher. Please note there are no refunds given on classes missed & cannot be carried over to the next term.


Please bring to your appointment/ assessment:

• Appropriate dress (e.g. shorts if examination of lower limbs is required, or vest top if examination of your upper limbs is required).

• Completed health questionnaire

• Referral letter from your GP, Physiotherapist, or other referring professional, including their contact details. (Note: A referral is not essential.)

• All reports of x-rays, scans, etc., relating to your symptoms.


Clinic / Mat Class procedures:

Do not attend a treatment or class if:

  • You are unwell

  • Have Covid or related symptoms

    When attending the clinic you must:

  • Wait outside until invited in (Please do not arrive early)

    On entering clinic you must:

  • Please use hand sanitiser on entering

  • Remove outside coats & shoes and place in relevant storage

  • Have a clean pair of socks to wear in the studio

Clinical Pilates Studio on Demand monthly subscription:

When you subscribe to the online Clinical Pilates Studio on Demand video library you are agreeing to a monthly rolling subcription fee of £19.99 per month.

Clinical Pilates Studio on Demand - Cancellation policy:

You are able to cancel your subscription to the Clinical Pilates Studio on Demand at anytime by going into your account settings and into the billings section.

Here you will be able to cancel your monthly subscription.

There will be no refund if you cancel mid month.

Course enrolment:

To enrol on the “reconnect to your pelvic floor” online 4 week course or workshop, payment must be made in full at time of booking via our course platform. Cancellation policy - There are no refunds once you have enrolled. Failure to complete the course will not result in refund or an extension of the course (The 4 week online course is available to view for 4 months from date of purchase).


Privacy Policy:

To help us devise a treatment plan for you we require you to complete & date a health questionnaire and provide us with past and present medical history. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all personal data and circumstances are held in the strictest confidence.

All client records and treatment records are stored in a safe and fully secured environment. We do not and will not share your information with any other persons or third parties unless requested by yourself in writing. We will hold your records for a minimum of 7 years from the last point of contact ( In the case of minors, 7 years after they turn 18 years of age).

If you wish us to liaise with another health provider regarding your treatment we require you to sign a consent form allowing us to do so.

We will occasionally need to contact you to rearrange an appointment or discuss your treatment. In this instance we will use either the email or phone number that you have provided us with.
